This is a brand new recipe from Chef John Lafferty that I want to share with you. I had been wanting to try the RoChere recipe since I first tried it last summer with my friends at La Rochere in the city. The RoChere isn’t just a pasta with lots of veggies, it is also a salad that I eat for lunch and dinner.
