It’s just a basic food grater that has to be heated up to make cheese. The key is to make sure it’s very finely ground, because if it’s too coarse it won’t be able to penetrate the cheese.
Cheese is a notoriously fickle thing. I know its a staple food in our fridge, but Ive never eaten it that way in a long time. To me that says something.
